heat blanket

We recieved this warming blanket quickly and it was better than we had anticipated. It is good quality and warms very well. I plan to use it often next winter!

Poor customer service

The product was defective. The control didn't work. I returned it almost 2 weeks ago and I still don't have my replacement. Would no do business with dealyard again.

not as soft as I wanted

This is a nice electric throw, and does put out plenty of heat, but it is not soft and comfortable. It is made more like a bedspread.
